In light of COVID-19, we have decided that postponing our headline Summer Event until Summer 2021 is the right decision for everyone. We appreciate all of your patience over the past weeks, while we have worked towards a concrete update. Your health and safety are important to us, which is why we’ve been working hard this past month to agree on a move for the event with London ExCeL from its contracted 2020 dates.
We will announce the new dates for 2021’s Summer Show over the coming weeks. Existing ticket holders will also have the option to move their tickets to the 2021 show and keep their 2020 prices, or transfer their ticket to this year’s Winter Social in the City event in November.
As a community event, it will be a huge help if you are in a position to transfer your ticket to 2021, or Winter, especially at a tough time for the events industry. We do, however, appreciate that these are trying times for everyone and not just the event industry, so will respect any decision you make. (Including a refund on their 2020 Summer ticket if desired).
Information for how to transfer your ticket, or receive a refund will be sent via email once we have published our official 2021 dates, as we make final agreements for the event’s postponement to 2021 with London ExCeL.
At present, we are still going ahead with plans for our Winter Social in the City event, which will take place 7th & 8th November at Birmingham’s NEC. Tickets will officially launch for our Winter event in the coming weeks, so, please keep an eye on our Social Media!
Once again, we would like to thank you for all of your patience during this time. We wanted to ensure we were able to deliver a full and accurate update, which unfortunately required some time due to venue hire contracts.
